"Checkout was definitely bumpier than most"
Checking out was a bit of a hassle. The page froze on me twice, and every time I got back to it, my discount code had disappeared. Compared to other sites where checkout is usually quick and smooth, this felt way more annoying than it needed to be. I did finally get the payment to go through after refreshing, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I was close to just giving up.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering and expecting discreet packaging: this wasn’t subtle at all. The box pretty much gave away what was inside, so I’d be careful if privacy is important to you.

"Did anyone else feel like the description was way off?"
I ordered from vixenshopus.com the item I got didn’t really match what was described at all. The size seemed different, the material wasn’t what I expected, and even the little details looked off compared to the listing. Maybe it’s just me, but the photos made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. I even checked the description carefully before buying, so it was frustrating. I don’t think I’d trust the product info on this site again.

"Didn't feel authentic to me"
I really wanted to like it, but the item just didn’t feel genuine when it arrived. The weird part is, nothing was super obvious at first, but the more I looked at it, the more it seemed off. I don’t think I’d buy from here again
"Got the wrong stuff in my order"
I ordered a few things from vixenshopus.com, about half of it wasn’t what I picked. One item came in the wrong size, and another was a completely different color. I went back and checked my confirmation email, and I definitely ordered everything correctly, so I’m not sure what happened there. Frustrating, and, at this point, not really worth the hassle...

"Fit felt really off for me"
I ordered my usual size from Vixen Shop, but the fit was strange on me. It was tight in certain areas and weirdly loose in others, so it just didn’t feel like it was made with my body shape in mind.
After wearing it for a few minutes, the material started feeling scratchy too. I couldn’t keep it on for long because it just wasn’t comfortable for me, and personally, I wouldn’t buy it again

Tried using the discount code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t work again. Frustrating when you’re expecting the deal and then it doesn’t apply.

"Exchange took way more effort than it should have"
I ordered the wrong size and figured exchanging it would be simple. Instead, the replies took a while and the instructions weren’t exactly clear, so I ended up going back and forth more than expected. I’m still waiting to get it sorted, and at this point, let’s just say I probably wouldn’t go through it again.

"Not really the quality I was expecting"
It looked nice in the pictures online, but when I got it in person the material just felt kinda cheap. Not awful, but not what I thought it would be.

"Using the site was frustrating"
I tried using Vixen Shop and, it got annoying fast. I was just trying to find normal stuff, but the pages felt cluttered and it took way longer than it should have.
The menu didn’t really make things clear, and a few times I clicked something thinking it would take me one place, but it didn’t. I had to, actually, I kept having to go back and figure out where I was, which made checkout feel clunky too.
Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but for me the whole site felt like it needs some work. I’d be more willing to shop there if it was easier to navigate and didn’t make me double-check every step...
"Customer service barely gets back to you!!"
I tried contacting vixenshopus.com customer service a few different times, and wow, it felt like I was waiting forever!! When they finally did reply, the response didn’t really help much at all. I felt ignored and just stuck waiting around. Definitely not a great experience.

"Shipping was painfully slow"
I ordered from Vixen Shop thinking it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up taking way too long. The tracking updates didn’t really tell me much either, and reading between the lines, it felt like my order was just sitting around for a while. By the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but the delivery speed was really disappointing for me, and I don’t think I’d order again.

The whole return process was a mess. It felt like every company makes returns complicated these days, and this was no different. For what I had to go through, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Sizing is really off"
I ordered my usual size and, yeah... it wasn’t even close. Like, way too small, and the fit just felt kind of strange in general. I checked the size chart too, but that didn’t really help. Annoying because now I have to go through the whole return thing

"Tracking Was Hit or Miss"
The tracking on my order was really hit or miss. It said my package had been delivered, but nothing ever showed up. When I reached out to support, they kept giving me updates that didn’t seem to be accurate either. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Checkout made me nervous"
I was ready to buy, but I bailed at the payment page because it just felt off. There wasn’t much reassurance about security, and the page acted kind of glitchy when I tried to enter my payment info. Maybe it’s just because this happened so recently, but that’s the main thing I remember now and it makes me hesitant to go back. I’m not putting my card in unless they make the payment process feel a lot more trustworthy.

"Refund felt like it took forever"
I returned my order thinking the refund would be handled in a normal amount of time, but wow, it felt like I was waiting through an entire saga. I kept checking my account and having to ask for updates because nothing seemed to be moving.
The replies I got were slow and not that helpful, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe other people had a smoother time, but for me the refund process was painfully slow, and I really wouldn’t be eager to order again.
